Location: Pennsylvania
Salary: $200,000–$250,000 + bonus

We’re working with a luxury hospitality organization in Pennsylvania looking for an experienced VP of Human Resources to lead its people strategy and HR function.

This is a senior, highly visible role supporting 1,200+ employees and leading an HR team of approximately 27 people, including 7 direct reports.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people — approachable, hands-on and someone employees feel comfortable coming to, while still knowing when to make the tough calls.

What You'll Do

Lead the overall HR function and support the wider people strategy.Lead, mentor and develop the HR team and work closely with senior leadership.Drive recruitment, retention, employee relations and employee engagement.Oversee benefits, including health benefits, and ensure programs run smoothly.Help create a workplace where employees feel supported, valued and comfortable coming to HR.

About You

Senior HR leadership experience, ideally within luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts or a similarly people-focused environment.A genuine people person who is approachable and easy to talk to.Strong experience with employee benefits, particularly health benefits.Someone who can balance being supportive and approachable with knowing when to be firm.A hands-on, collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring, supporting their team and getting involved.
