General Manager – High-Volume Venue

Salary: £50,000–£65,000 DOE

We’re looking for an ambitious and commercially driven General Manager to join a high-volume, multi-bar venue in London. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in busy, energetic environments and loves the pace of events, multiple bars and high footfall. Food hall experience would be ideal, but we’re also open to candidates from other high-volume, multi-bar or complex hospitality venues across London.

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, highly organised and confident managing a large-scale operation. You’ll have a strong understanding of P&L, revenue and costs, while being hands-on with the day-to-day running of the venue and leading a large team.

The ideal candidate will have:

Strong multi-bar and/or high-volume venue experienceExperience within food halls, events or similarly busy hospitality environmentsA strong commercial mindset with good P&L knowledgeProven experience driving revenue and operational performanceExcellent leadership and people management skillsA highly organised approach with strong attention to detailA genuine passion for events, busy venues and delivering great guest experiencesThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentPrevious London hospitality experience
