The role:
The successful Solicitor will deal with a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious Employment work, running these matters under supervision while also assisting more senior associates and partners.

Your caseload will be varied and will include:

- Contracts, Policies & Procedures
- Data Protection for Employers
- Employee Incentives
- Unfair or Constructive Unfair Dismissal;
- Restrictive Covenants / alleged breaches of contract
- Redundancy and Restructuring
- Discrimination 

 
About you:
You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum 2 years PQE and will have excellent communication skills, demonstrating an ability to manage client relationships.

You will be comfortable in managing your own caseload of files and will be happy becoming involved in business development aspects of the role.
