A luxury hotel in Miami is seeking an experienced Restaurant Chefto oversee a diverse collection of culinary outlets and premium dining experiences. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in a complex luxury hotel environment and is comfortable managing multiple concepts and service styles. The role will oversee culinary operations across an upscale pub, tapas and lounge concept, marketplace/grab-and-go outlet, in-room dining, members dining, golf operations, and exclusive private dining experiences. The property also offers highly personalized whiskey room dinners for intimate groups.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily culinary operations across multiple restaurants, outlets, and dining experiences.Lead and develop a diverse culinary team while maintaining high standards of execution.Ensure consistency, quality, presentation, and service across each concept.Support menu development, recipe execution, ordering, inventory, food cost, and labor management.Work closely with F&B and culinary leadership on new concepts, private dining, and special events.Maintain a highly visible, hands-on presence in the kitchen and during service.Adapt quickly between high-volume operations and highly personalized luxury dining experiences.Develop and mentor culinary talent while creating a positive and accountable kitchen culture.Maintain luxury brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.
