Looking for your next step in hospitality? We’re currently recruiting for a Booking & Events Manager to join an exciting independent cocktail bar in South London.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality, reservations, events or sales who is looking to take on more responsibility and grow with an ambitious business. The company is opening its second venue next year, with plans to open a further 5 venues over the coming years. You’ll be joining at an exciting stage of the business, with genuine opportunities for progression as the company expands.

Responsibilities:

Managing reservations, bookings and event enquiriesHandling client emails and callsProactively generating corporate sales and new businessBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsConducting client show-roundsManaging negotiations and contractsTaking care of booking administrationWorking closely with the Marketing and Front of House teamsOverseeing bookings from initial enquiry through to the eventBeing present on the floor and supporting events to ensure everything runs smoothly

About you:

Experienced within hospitality venues, this is essential!Bubbly and outgoing personalityConfident communicating with clientsOrganised and commercially mindedPassionate about hospitality and delivering a great guest experienceLooking for a role where you can develop and progress as the business expands
