We’re partnered with an exciting multi-concept hospitality operation in Nashville looking for a General Manager to oversee the full property.

This is a unique opportunity to lead multiple concepts under one roof - from upscale-casual dining and elevated cocktails to a lively, music-driven restaurant with a steakhouse-inspired menu.

You’ll oversee the teams, operations, and overall guest experience across the property, making sure each concept feels unique while maintaining a consistently high level of hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead day-to-day operations across all three conceptsOversee and develop a large, diverse hospitality teamDrive guest experience, service standards, and overall performanceManage scheduling, labor, financials, inventory, and operational controlsWork closely with culinary and beverage leadershipMaintain consistency while allowing each concept to have its own identityDrive sales, profitability, and guest loyalty across the property
