An exciting opportunity for a talented Head Chef to lead a fantastic team at one of Scotland's finest luxury Hotels.

This Head Chef role is a great opportunity for a great people manager with a passion for great food and people.

The Head Chef is responsible for building a motivated team, leading and developing an enthusiastic team with a passion for the preparation and service of fine dining food.



The Role:

? Leading, planning, and organising all kitchen departments
? Build a motivated team providing an example of enthusiasm and passion
? Cultivate an excellent working relationship with the restaurant management team
? Provide food that exceeds guests' expectations whilst ensuring food costs are well managed


Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

? Experience in a similar fine dining environment
? Have a passion for delivering an exceptionally high standard of food
