Salary: £32k - £35k DOE + Excellent Benefits

Full Time Permanent - Live in Available

Our client are a unique fine dining hotel in Aberdeen.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef with a passion for great food and people.

You will have the ability to support the Head Chef in running the kitchen operations and will be rewarded with great career progression opportunities.

Requirements:

? Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in fine dining environment
? Have a passion for delivering great menus
? Ability to train and develop a team
? Previous experience in a similar fine dining restaurant or equivalent

? Excellent team player able to support both the Head Chef and junior kitchen team members
? Passionate about fresh food, and is always looking for opportunities to develop the menu
