Location: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite) | Newbury & Remote Role Type: Temporary, Contract, Full-Time, Inside IR35 Duration: Initial 12 months with potential for extension Umbrella Assignment Rate: £36 per hour Overview @mecscomms is recruiting for an experienced contract RAN Deployment Lead to support a major UK mobile network transformation programme, delivering the build & upgrade of mobile network sites across a regional portfolio. Working within a large-scale, multi-partner RAN deployment environment, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of RAN sites from nomination through design, acquisition, build & activation to successful transfer into operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mobile telecoms deployment professional to join a major UK network programme focused on improving coverage, connectivity, reliability & customer experience. Purpose Own & drive the successful end-to-end delivery of RAN sites across an assigned regional portfolio, coordinating internal teams, suppliers & delivery partners to ensure sites are designed, acquired, built, activated & transferred into operations safely, on time, within budget & to the required quality standards. You will combine practical RAN deployment knowledge with strong delivery management, supplier management & stakeholder engagement skills, alongside technical understanding of one or more key areas of site deployment including design, acquisition & build.
