Salary: $90,000–$120,000

Position Overview
We are hiring on behalf of a high-end hospitality and entertainment venue in Aspen for an experienced Floor Manager to support the General Manager across a multifaceted operation combining a premium supper club, après-ski experience and nightclub environment.
The successful candidate will be an experienced hospitality operator who can lead from the floor, deliver exceptional service standards and help create a structured, professional and high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager with the day-to-day operation of the venue.Lead front-of-house service and ensure exceptional guest experiences.Manage and motivate front-of-house teams across multiple activations.Maintain high service, hospitality and presentation standards.Assist with staff training, scheduling and performance management.Ensure SOPs and operational procedures are consistently followed.Work closely with culinary, bar, security and entertainment teams.Manage high-volume dinner service and premium guest experiences.Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively.Support ownership and senior management in delivering operational objectives.Help maintain a positive, accountable and team-oriented culture.Candidate Profile
Proven Floor Manager, Assistant General Manager or similar experience in high-end hospitality.Strong background in high-volume restaurants, supper clubs, nightlife or entertainment.Bottle service and nightclub experience highly preferred.Experience with premium restaurant/entertainment concepts is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Hands-on leader with excellent floor presence.Highly organized with strong attention to detail.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Aspen or mountain experience is not required; relocation candidates will be considered.Degree is not required; relevant hospitality experience is the priority.
