Estate Agent Sales Negotiator

Location: London (E1W)

Salary: £16K - £25K per year

Job Type: Permanent Role, Monday to Friday

Our client, a real estate agency located in London are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their team and lead their sales department.

Responsibilities:

? You will manage all aspects of sales, including property sales, valuations, financial service appointments, sign-ups, conveyancing quotes, and instructions.
? Identify potential buyers and sellers, securing maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial services appointments
? Conducting canvassing and accompanying viewings
? Manage withdrawals through negotiation and managing client expectations
? You will manage sales progression and communicating regularly with solicitors, buyers, and sellers
? Secure offers and maximize value streams.
? Conduct property valuations and prepare pre-valuation information
? Analyze market and business data to prepare vendor reports.


Requirements:

? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (at senior level)
? Proven experience in sales progression and valuations
? Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales
? Have a valid UK driving license.
