Conveyancing Solicitor

Role: Senior Residential Conveyancer Location: Runcorn, Sutton Weaver (Hybrid Working) Salary: Up to £55,000 We’re currently working with a well-established and growing law firm that’s looking to bring a Senior Residential Conveyancer on board at their Runcorn office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join a supportive, forward-thinking team, with hybrid working available and excellent long-term prospects. About the Role This is a full-time, permanent position that will suit a qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years of experience in residential conveyancing. You’ll be managing your own caseload across a wide range of property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, flats, and shared ownerships. The office handles a varied and interesting workload with a broad client base, and there’s plenty of opportunity for career development for someone driven and independent, yet happy to work as part of a wider team. What We’re Looking For - A minimum of 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing - A strong track record of managing caseloads independently - Landlord and tenant law experience is an advantage - Solid understanding of CQS and compliance protocols - Excellent client care and communication skills - Able to maintain strong client and professional relationships - Good IT skills including use of case management systems - Detail-oriented with excellent document drafting and file management skills - Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines - Interest in marketing and business development initiatives What’s on Offer - Salary up to £55,000, depending on experience - Bonus based on performance plus discretionary bonus - 5 weeks annual leave (with the option to purchase more) - Additional bonus day every 5th year of service - Hybrid working available (in line with firm policy) - Supportive team environment with remote supervision available - ‘Dress for your day’ dress code If you're looking to join a dynamic and well-regarded property team where your experience and ideas will be valued, we’d love to hear from you.
