Our current client is a leading defendant firm, established for 50 years across the UK, generating 100,000 claims and £1B in revenue per annum.
The Role
Currently, our client is seeking a Tactical Litigated File Handler specialising in Personal Injury to join their team in Bolton.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within suspected credit hire fraud, liability and bodily injury.

Daily duties include handling fast track, DA Litigated files up to £25,000 in value, as well as carrying out complex and technical investigations.

The Ideal Candidate
-Ideally a Law Degree or 1 year as a paralegal
-Experience in handling a fast-track caseload of litigated claims
-Litigation and Credit Hire experience
-Initiative to work under pressure within deadlines
-Good communication skills and clear understanding
