Pay Rate: £13 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday working (08:00 - 16:00)
Experience: 6 Months Experience required

Provide an outstanding customer service experienceEnsuring high levels of customer satisfaction and building strong, positive customer relationships.Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate mannerImprove customer service functions to meet company goalsLiaising with Account Managers Essential Skills & Experience:
3PL experiencePrevious experience within a customer service environmentIntermediate with Microsoft Office SystemsConfident using IT systems to input and extract dataExperience of warehousing processesEffective communicator – written and oralOrganised and able to work accuratelyMeeting deadlines set by the companyYou will be a UK resident and will be able to travel to and from the site for your shift. We are unable to assist with VISA applications and cannot assist with relocation.
You must have a strong grasp of the English language to be considered for this role.
