Junior Recruitment Resourcer

Junior Recruitment Resourcer Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment operations and clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, confident speaking to candidates, commercially minded, and keen to build a career within recruitment. Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential — we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities - Candidate sourcing and database searches - Making candidate calls and building strong relationships - Candidate registrations and onboarding - Chasing and managing compliance requirements - Coordinating interviews - Booking workers and managing availability - Managing candidate availability and daily requirements - Client administration and account support - Maintaining and updating the CRM system - Vacancy management - Writing and posting job adverts - Conducting candidate database searches - Dealing with day-to-day candidate queries - Supporting urgent client requirements - Providing general recruitment and account support We’re looking for someone who is: - Confident and professional on the phone - Highly organised with excellent attention to detail - Proactive and able to work at pace - A strong communicator with a customer-focused approach - Comfortable working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks - Computer literate and confident using CRM/database systems - A team player who is willing to learn and develop - Resilient, motivated and able to handle a fast-paced environment What We Offer - Full training and ongoing development - Opportunity to progress within the recruitment industry - A supportive and friendly team environment - A varied role with excellent exposure to recruitment and client management If you’re looking to start or develop your career in recruitment and want to be part of a busy, supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
