This is a hands-on operational role within a beautiful castle property. You will have responsibility for the day-to-day hotel operation, working closely with the General Manager and wider team, supporting the smooth running of operations while keeping a strong focus on operational standards, guest experience, and financial performance.

With exciting plans for the property and significant investment taking place, this is a fantastic time to join the business. The ideal candidate will be a strong all-round operator who enjoys being hands-on and getting things done. It’s an opportunity to play an important role in the continued development of the hotel and be part of a strong and supportive management team.
