Hours: 47.5 hours | 5 days out of 7 | Approx. 80% Monday-Friday

I'm recruiting a Production Head Chef for a major London destination, leading a busy production kitchen supporting multiple food outlets, hospitality and events.

This is a sizeable operation with £5m+ annual food sales, so we're looking for someone who genuinely understands production at scale - strong on food, people, organisation and the numbers behind a successful kitchen.

The Operation

Large central production kitchen.Multiple cafés, retail and dining outlets.£5m+ annual food sales.Fresh sandwiches, salads, soups, wraps and small plates.Evening street food and events.Strong focus on quality and sustainability.Busy seven-day operation.

The Role

Take ownership of the production kitchen.Lead and develop the senior chefs and wider brigade.Plan high-volume production across multiple outlets.Drive food quality and consistency at scale.Manage stock, food costs, labour and waste.Maintain excellent food safety and compliance.Support hospitality and events when required.

About You

Experienced Head Chef with high-volume production experience.Events, CPU, large hotel, banqueting or contract catering background.Strong experience managing and developing kitchen teams.Commercially confident with costs, stock and waste.Highly organised and comfortable managing serious volume.Hands-on, calm and consistent.
