I'm recruiting a strong Senior Sous Chef / Lead Events Chef for a premium London events business, delivering everything from intimate private dinners and weddings to corporate events and large-scale functions.

You'll take ownership of your own events, leading teams and making sure everything runs beautifully from production and prep through to service and delivery on-site.

The Operation

Premium private and corporate events.Luxury weddings and celebrations.Intimate dinners from around 10-20 guests.Large-scale events and functions.Central production kitchen.Live event delivery across London.High-end food with a huge focus on presentation.

The Role

Lead events independently from prep through to service.Manage permanent, freelance and casual chefs.Plan production, timings and event logistics.Deliver consistently high food standards.Work between the production kitchen and live venues.Stay hands-on during production and service.Represent the business professionally with clients and venues.

About You

Senior Sous Chef, Lead Events Chef or experienced Sous Chef.Premium events, luxury banqueting, weddings or high-end hospitality background.Confident running events independently.Strong production and logistical skills.Calm, organised and excellent under pressure.Great personality and confident leading teams.Flexible around events and happy to earn through overtime.
