Care Home General Manager – RN Adult / RMN / RNLDMansfield£60,000 per year + bonuses up to 100%KW/NG/11272One of the UK’s foremost independent healthcare providers – and one of the nation’s Top 20 Care Home Groups in 2022 – is now looking for a nurse-qualified General Manager to lead the team at their “Good”-rated, purpose-built home in the Mansfield suburbs.As a specialist modern home for adults with complex nursing needs such as dementia, neurological conditions, and a history of mental illness, the site was specifically designed to integrate thoughtful evidence-based adaptions and techniques with high-level, patient-centred care – maximising safety, comfort, and independence for its residents.As General Manager, you will have full clinical and commercial control of the home, leading the delivery of exceptional care while staying committed to continuous team and service development; you will be rewarded for improving the service with quality bonuses of up to £10,000, in addition to your automaticprofit share bonuses of up to 100% of your salary.This is a permanent, full-time (40h) position for a Care Home General Manager, working days only.Person specification:
You must be nurse-qualified with current NMC registration – you may be a Registered Nurse for Adults (RN Adult), Mental Health (RMN), or Learning Disabilities (RNLD).You must have a proven track record of managing “Good”-rated care homes.You must have turnaround management experience.You must be able to foster good relationships with key stakeholders within the community.
