Customer Service Apprentice
Respond to customer enquiries by telephone and email, providing helpful and professional support
Process customer orders accurately and keep customers updated on order progress and delivery times
Prepare and assist with customer quotations, ensuring information is accurate and clearly communicated
Build positive relationships with customers and deal with queries or issues promptly and professionally
Liaise with colleagues across sales, production, purchasing and dispatch to ensure customer requirements are met
Learn about Lil Packaging's products and services so that you can provide knowledgeable and helpful customer support
Maintain accurate customer records and update information on company systems
Develop communication, organisation and problem-solving skills through practical experience and apprenticeship training
Training:
The apprentice will work towards the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard. Training will be provided by The College of Animal Welfare (CAW) in Huntingdon.
The apprentice will develop practical skills and knowledge in customer service, communication, handling customer enquiries, problem solving, understanding customer needs and building effective customer relationships.
On successful completion of the apprenticeship, the apprentice will achieve the Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard.
Training Outcome:
The successful apprentice will be offered a full-time permanent position on successful completion of the apprenticeship, subject to satisfactory performance. There will be opportunities to develop a long-term career within Lil Packaging, with the future role and department agreed based on the apprentice's skills, interests and the needs of the business.

Manufacturer of cardboard and corrugated packaging. We specialise in bespoke prestige packaging for online commerce as well as supply our own stock range on our web site.
Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8:55am–5:00pm and Friday, 8:55am–4:30pm, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch each day. Apprenticeship training is included within normal working hours.
