Quality & Inspection Apprentice
This position will offer training in learning all the
various processes around the post-build of PCB assembly, AOI, X-ray and final inspection along with Quality assurance processes to ISO-9001 requirements.
This would typically offer long term career paths in Quality, Operations, Design or Layout management.
Training:
Training will take place at both college and the workplace. You will attend college one day a week at Basingstoke College of Technology.
The rest of your week will be at work.

ASK Technology is a long and well established Printed Circuit Board (PCB) assembly company based in the UK. Uniquely focused on high-tech, low to medium volume requirements offering fast turnarounds from 1 day and rapid service responses including quotes within 24 hours.
Primarily our proposition is uniquely targeted at supporting research and design, prototype and New Product Introduction (NPI) needs along with small to medium volumes or sporadic demand batch builds.
Our setup and ISO 9001:2015 certified processes are focused on giving our clients flexibility, agility and capacity even at the shortest notice period with the tightest timeframes. Utilising state of the art equipment we are able to offer a full machine build experience that one would expect from a high volume manufacturer. We also provide full Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) and X-ray of all hidden pads on all boards, ensuring a consistent and full quality check along with feedback through our Design for Manufacture (DFM) reporting on every job.

Working Hours :
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm plus day release. 30 minutes for lunch plus 3 10-minute breaks.
