Estates Property Maintenance Apprentice

Planned Maintenance: Undertaking a comprehensive range of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks across Trust properties. Reactive Repairs: Responding promptly to building, engineering, and fabric maintenance faults to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Fault Finding: Learning to diagnose technical issues, troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, and implement effective repair solutions. Minor Installations: Assisting with small-scale installation projects across building structures, engineering infrastructure, and associated equipment.

Training:
1 day at the college.  Work place mentor.  College assessor. 

Training Outcome:

Upon completion of the apprenticeship progression in the company to a full-time role.
