Apprentice - Warehouse & Fulfilment

You’ll receive full on-the-job training and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills and confidence develop.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently Receiving deliveries and checking stock Stocktaking and maintaining accurate stock records Preparing and loading pallets for despatch Processing customer orders Reporting stock levels and discrepancies Helping to keep the warehouse organised and running smoothly Working as part of a small, friendly team to meet deadlines

One of our most important customers is Moonpig, and this is a key part of our business. As you develop, you'll have the opportunity to take increasing responsibility for the Moonpig operation and play an important role in making sure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Training:

All training will take place in the workplace with visits conducted by a subject specialist Skills Coach to support.

Training Outcome:

Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, there will be opportunity for the right candidate to become a full-time member of staff with the option to become a co-owner of the business. You can then grow alongside the company, and take on more responsibility as things progress.

We work with some very well-known companies, including Moonpig and Funky Pigeon, so there’s a good chance that the products you help prepare could end up being delivered to customers all over the country – and you might even see them on TV!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join our team and learn how our warehouse and fulfilment operation works from the ground up.

Working Hours :
Typical working week will be Monday- Friday 9am- 4pm. There may occasionally be a requirement to work weekends during particularly busy periods, such as Father's Day and Christmas. We'll give you as much notice as possible when this is required.
