Finishing/sanding joinery Cutting/Planing/Moulding timber (subject to
training) Safe use of tools and machinery Assembling items once machined Learning to read drawings Setting out items prior to production Learning to measure accurately Keeping the workshop tidy, clean and safe

Delivery model:

Work-based training with your employer Day release during term time (approximately 1 day per week for 20 months) Campus: Bicester Day of the week on campus: Tuesday 09:00-16:00 Regular meetings with your training coordinator to monitor progress and well-being Approximately 5 on-site assessment visits per year

Training Outcome:
After successful completion of the apprenticeship, progression opportunities with be evaluated
