Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative

Plumbing - repairs, fixtures and fittings, basic systems Electrics - learning how building electrical systems operate, assisting with maintenance activities, recognising faults Joinery & Carpentry - doors, frames, fixtures Painting & Decorating - preparation and finishing to a high standard General building work - repairs, brick/block, plaster and tiling Full refurbishments - including bathroom and kitchen fit-outs from start to finish 

Training Outcome:

Potential to become a full time role, alongside the potential to specialise in another discipline or trade.
