Business Support Apprentice
Operating the company switchboard, directing calls professionally and efficiently
Welcoming visitors and ensuring a warm, professional front-of-house experience
Supporting general office administration and housekeeping duties
Assisting with diary management and meeting room coordination
Maintaining and updating the client database/CRM system
Supporting the preparation and delivery of company events
Providing administrative support to internal departments as required
Helping to ensure a consistently high-quality client experience across all interactions
Supporting the wider team in maintaining a positive, collaborative working environment
Training:
You will attend training sessions at National Business College in Huddersfield one day per fortnight.
