Estate Agency Apprentice - Lettings
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a hunger to learn and have a career in the property industry.
Responsibilities are to include but not limited to:
Build relationships with applicants through daily communication Schedule viewings for suitable properties Maintain and run your own calendar Process referencing checks & liaise with solicitors, vendors & buyers Canvass for new properties Answer telephone enquiries Respond to email enquiries Negotiate deals Work towards targets Maintain a high level of customer service Maximise revenue for the business Encourage repeat business and recommendations Work well within a small team Work to meet customer demandTraining:
The apprenticeship programme duration is 18-months, and you will achieve Housing and Property Management (level 3) Functional Skills in maths and English and ICT (if required) You will be based in the employer’s office so you will gain 18-months’ office-based training
Training Outcome:
Your earnings can increase over time with an apprenticeship.
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, a full-time position may be offered.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 08.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm (Every other Saturday to be worked). 30-minutes unpaid lunch break.
