Apprentice Material Handler
Keep day bins supplied with material, virgin and regrind
Collect required material from raw material tent
When using regrind, the traceability numbers must be entered into the regrind traceability injection database to show consumption
When using virgin material the incoming raw material database must be updated to show consumption
Old unusable octobins once empty must be disposed of using the compactor
The remaining empty octobins are to be stored for regrind production
Change material supply according to the production plan
React to any material feed supply problems to ensure there is no production downtime to material feed issues
Update Mattec to show downtime reasons once they are identified
Any suspect material to be placed in the quarantine area and labelled to ensure production is protected
Database updated
5's standards are maintained
Training:
Training will take place in the workplace via North Warwickshire & South Leicestershire College
Training Outcome:
To develop within the business and progress to a Level 3 Engineering Manufacturing apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Rotating shifts 7.30am- 5.30pm Monday- Thursday Shift 1 10.30pm- 7.30am Monday- Thursday or 3 shift pattern 6am- 2pm, 2pm- 10pm, 10pm- 6am
