Assisting with general repairs and maintenance across the site or building Checking and maintaining fixtures, fittings, and equipment Communicating effectively with colleagues, tenants, and clients on site Learning to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications Ensuring tools and materials are prepared and stored safely

Training:

The apprenticeship includes regular training with Greenlight. Around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.
