Heating, Plumbing and Renewable Energy Apprentice

As an apprentice, you will work alongside our experienced team and gain hands-on experience across a range of projects. Your role will include:

Assisting with the installation, servicing and maintenance of heating and renewable systems. Learning to install and work with heat pumps, underfloor heating systems. Carrying out practical plumbing and heating tasks on domestic and commercial projects. Following health and safety procedures and learning to work to a high professional standard. Developing your technical knowledge and practical skills through on-the-job training and your studies

Training:

Training will be provided one day per week, term time only, at Somer Valley Campus in Radstock.

Training Outcome:

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be the opportunity to continue working within the business.

Employer Description:

MAP Technical is a local growing company specialising in plumbing, heating and renewable energy solutions. We install and maintain heating systems, alongside renewable technologies such as air source and ground source heat pumps, underfloor heating and solar PV.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 08.00 - 16.30.
