Apprentice Commercial Insurance Broker

Handling of core office tasks including email/telephone inquiries and motor changes Building relationships with customers in order to act as a first point of contact for clients Updating of risk information on our computer system Build positive relationships with insurers, underwriters and third-party providers Supporting new business projects and contributing ideas to refining internal systems and workflows

Training:

Formal Apprenticeship learning for the Level 3 Insurance Practitioner
Qualification will be provided virtually with our training provider Davies Group.

In addition, we will provide detailed product and system training internally via coaching, mentoring by existing senior staff within our office.



Training Outcome:

On completion of the initial apprenticeship the expectation is that the successful candidate will develop into a Commercial Broking role. Commercial brokers act as the go between for customers and insurers to develop the best insurance programme for that particular client. We work with a varied range of customers including contractors, manufacturers, shops and even motor sport teams.

We actively support long-term professional development including financial support and study time to achieve further recognised qualifications and review the pathway through insurance that is right for individual.



Employer Description:

Attis was established in 2021 and are a fully independent insurance broker focusing on putting the customer first. Our Mission Statement is to protect the customer's balance sheet using the wealth of specialist experience that we have in the Commercial Broking Sector.



Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (35-hours per week) Based out of our Leeds Office, attendance is required in office 5-days a week.
