Pre-screening applications and speaking with candidates about their experience and career goals.
Sourcing and selecting candidates for their clients’ vacancies.
Headhunting and searching job boards to identify suitable candidates.
Identifying candidates whose skills and experience match their clients’ requirements.
Building your confidence when speaking to clients, including managers and directors.
Learning how to professionally email and communicate with clients.
Advertising vacancies across national and local job boards.
Representing Jobs Butler professionally when speaking with candidates and clients.
Managing your workload, prioritising tasks and working towards deadlines.
Training:
The Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration includes:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)You will attend a half-day training session with HBTC, where you will develop your business administration knowledge and skills, and work towards any required Functional Skills qualifications (where needed). Additional off-the-job training and an End Point Assessment will also form part of the Apprenticeship.
Training Outcome:
This apprenticeship offers an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills, knowledge, and workplace experience. Upon successful completion, there may be opportunities for permanent employment, career progression within the company, or progression onto higher-level qualifications or further education.
