Business Administrator Apprentice
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Administration Apprentice to join our friendly and professional team at Premier Mortgage Services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in business administration while gaining valuable experience within the financial services industry.
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Working closely with mortgage advisers and administrative staff, you will develop a broad range of administrative, communication, and organisational skills while studying towards a recognised Business Administration qualification.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer enquiries professionally. Greeting clients and assisting with appointment bookings. Managing emails and responding to routine correspondence. Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems. Preparing and sending documentation to clients, lenders, and solicitors. Supporting mortgage advisers with administrative tasks throughout the application process. Filing and organising both electronic and paper documents. Monitoring and processing incoming post. Scheduling meetings and managing diaries. Ensuring all information is handled in line with company procedures and data protection requirements. Providing excellent customer service to clients throughout their mortgage journey.Training:
Two Wednesday's a month at Nottingham College City Hub campus. You will also be assigned an assessor who will visit you at the workplace.
Training Outcome:
Potential opportunity for a permanent role within the company following successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm, with a 1 hour lunch break.
