Apprentice Building Surveying
Assisting to cost various refurbishment/development opportunities to help the team judge the viability of a project
Organise quotes for repairs and maintenance relating to a range of property assets
Oversee small on-site projects (e.g., landscaping, signage, building works)
Assist in managing end of lease dilapidation works on commercial properties, alongside our external building surveyors
Help establish ‘baseline’ information for undeveloped land in company ownership. This could include assisting to commission ground investigation reports, surveys etc.
Assist the team to assess new property or land opportunities.
Assisting in pricing up infrastructure projects.
Maintain project trackers for ongoing developments and report progress to Directors.
Training:
One day per week dedicated virtual learning
On site training with a qualified team
Training Outcome:
Quantity Surveyor.
