Training:

Once a week, at Kendal College.

Training Outcome:

Following successful completion of the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity to progress into a permanent role with SwissTimepieces.

As the business continues to grow, we are keen to develop talented people from within. Depending on individual strengths, performance and interests, future progression could include opportunities within sales, business administration, customer service, operations, watch servicing administration, bespoke jewellery or other areas of the wider business.

Further professional development or progression onto a higher-level apprenticeship may also be available where appropriate.

Our aim is for the successful candidate to see this apprenticeship as the beginning of a long-term career rather than simply a temporary position.

Employer Description:

SwissTimepieces is not a corporate retailer. We are an independent, reputation-built luxury specialist where standards genuinely matter. Since starting in 2017, we have grown from a passion for watches into an established luxury business serving clients throughout the UK and beyond. You will therefore gain exposure to far more than traditional retail, learning how different parts of a luxury business work together to deliver an exceptional client experience. In return, we will provide structured development, genuine responsibility and the opportunity to build practical skills that will remain valuable throughout your career. We believe strongly in developing people from within. As the business grows, we want the people within it to grow too. If you are motivated by progression, take pride in your work and want to begin your career somewhere ambitious, professional and fast-moving, we would love to hear from you.
