Property & Estates Surveyor

Help shape land and property decisions that make a difference

We're looking for an experienced Property Surveyor to join the Mining Remediation Authority and help manage a diverse land portfolio that supports projects protecting people, communities and the environment across Great Britain.

This is an opportunity to lead on land acquisitions, disposals, lease management and property transactions, while providing expert advice that helps shape the future use of our estate.

What you'll be doingManaging land and property acquisitions, disposals and agreementsLeading negotiations with landowners and external stakeholdersManaging leases, valuations, covenants and property risksProviding expert property advice across the organisationSupporting projects that deliver environmental and community benefitsAbout you

You'll have:Experience in property, land or estate managementStrong knowledge of property transactions and associated legislationExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsThe ability to manage complex property issues and deliver practical solutionsMembership of, or progress towards, a relevant professional body
