Mobile Electrical Supervisor – North West – National Facilities Management Organisation

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Electrical Supervisor to join a leading facilities management organisation, covering a portfolio of commercial sites across the North West, predominantly from Middleton through to Preston and the surrounding areas. 

This is an established supervisory position and requires someone with previous experience supervising electrical engineers within a facilities management or similar commercial environment.

Responsibilities
Supervising and managing a team of electrical engineers across the North West.Planning and coordinating day-to-day engineering activitiesEnsuring PPM and reactive maintenance is completed within agreed timescalesCarrying out electrical maintenance and fault finding when requiredProviding technical guidance and support to engineersMonitoring engineer performance and quality of completed worksCarrying out regular site visits and inspectionsLiaising directly with clients and site representativesManaging reactive issues and ensuring appropriate engineers are allocatedMonitoring completion of maintenance records, reports and documentationSupporting the Contract Manager with the day-to-day running of the contractIdentifying and resolving operational and technical issuesEnsuring a consistently high standard of service is delivered across the contract
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within FM, building services or a similar commercial environmentExperience supervising and managing a team of electrical engineersA recognised Level 3 Electrical qualification / NVQ or equivalent18th Edition Wiring Regulations2391 Inspection & Testing or equivalentFull UK driving licence
