Hands-on operator who loves being on the floorPassionate about fresh food and unique hospitality conceptsExperience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strong drinks salesExcellent communicator and natural team leaderStrong stock and financial knowledgeExperience within a large London venue, restaurant, bar or events spaceAmbitious and keen to grow with an expanding business
