Fostering Registered Manager

An Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Fostering Registered Manager for their fostering service that covers North East Region. This is a permanent and full-time position that is hybrid working.

You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and have the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship available)

About the job

Lead and manage the fostering service. Ensure compliance with fostering regulations and standards. Safeguard and promote the welfare of children. Recruit, support, and supervise foster carers. Oversee placements and matching processes. Monitor service quality and drive improvements. Manage staff, resources, and budgets. Handle safeguarding concerns, complaints, and incidents. Work with partner agencies and local authorities. Ensure positive outcomes for children and young people.

About you

The successful candidate will have a social work degree with post qualification experience in Fostering.
