Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residentsCarry out clinical assessments, care planning, and reviewsAdminister medications in line with NMC guidelines and home policiesSupervise and support care assistants and junior staffLiaise with GPs, families, and other healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate clinical records and documentationRespond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriatelyPromote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all timesWhat We're Looking For
Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN) with no restrictionsPrevious experience in a care home, nursing home, or similar clinical setting (preferred)Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesA genuine passion for delivering high-quality elderly or specialist careRight to work in the UKWhat's on Offer
