Therapeutic Support Worker- Children - Full Training Provided

I am looking for Therapeutic Support Workers to join an established nationwide organisation specialising in bespoke therapeutic care for young people who have experienced trauma. Starting salary £28,000 based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

The role requires full commitment and involves shift work, overnight sleep-ins and weekends, working as part of a dedicated team to ensure young people receive consistent care and support.

Experience working with children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs or behaviours that challenge Experience within SEN schools, youth work, community services, semi-independent services, care leavers, youth justice or children's homes Ability to work shifts, weekends and overnight stays Driving licence and vehicle – essential
