The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified RICS qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor to join an enthusiastic team of surveyors and valuers.



Duties:

? You will be supporting the existing team in delivering ongoing rural professional advice.
? Responsible for diverse rural property portfolios, including agricultural, residential, and commercial properties.
? Management and valuation of Rural properties.
? Advising on agricultural tenancy matters.
? Develop and grow existing client base.


Requirements:

? Experience in advising and valuation of rural property, agricultural tenancy matters, compensation work, and promotion/option agreements.
? RICS qualified as a RuralChartered Surveyor.
? VRS registration and CAAV membership beneficial.
? Sound working knowledge of commonly used software.
? Full driving licence and access to car.
