Commercial Paralegal

Award-winning, boutique law firm are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join their Manchester office.
This city-centre firm have expanded rapidly over the last few years and are looking to continue to grow with the addition of a paralegal.
Due to the nature of the firm, you won’t sit within just one team but will rather gain broad hands-on experience acting for business clients on matters across Corporate, Commercial, Employment and Compliance law.
You will sit along-side senior fee earners, gaining exposure to all stages of transactions and your duties will include compiling bundles, drafting legal documents, opening files, conducting searches and liaising with clients.
There is clear scope for progression in this role and the firm are eager to support the successful candidate through to qualification!
The ideal candidate will be a bright and personable paralegal with around six months or more paralegal experience and great client facing skills.
