Mechanical Site Manager – 12 Months - £250 Per Day (CIS)
Mechanical Site Manager.

Our client, a national sub-contractor specialising in M&E services on high profile projects throughout the UK, are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Site Manager to join their ongoing project team in Central London.
In order to be suitable for this role, you must have a strong Mechanical background, including working as a Mechanical Site Manager for similar sized sub-contractors, and have a full understanding of all Mechanical systems and ways of working.

A working knowledge of Electrical practice and systems would be beneficial but not essential.

Leading specialist teams of M&E professionals, you must have a background in this discipline and have a sound and thorough knowledge in your area of discipline.

Working as part of a larger site team, and reporting to an on-site Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing an area of works and assisting on site as required, with duties including delivering inductions, checking and signing off RAMS, monitoring progress against the site programme, amending as required and undertaking site standard reviews.

For this role it is a requirement to hold CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS as a minimum.
