We're growing our international recruitment team and looking for a driven Talent Search Consultant who genuinely enjoys finding and engaging great candidates.
 
Job Overview
As a Talent Search Consultant, you'll take ownership of finding candidates for live UK and international vacancies.
 
This is a proactive headhunting role. You'll use LinkedIn, recruitment databases, our internal talent platform, CRM and sourcing tools to research markets, identify strong candidates and approach people who may not be actively looking for a new role.
 
A major part of your day will involve speaking with candidates. You must be comfortable picking up the phone, potentially making 40 to 50+ candidate calls on busy days.
 
This is not a role where you post jobs and wait for applications. We want someone who enjoys the search and keeps going until they find the right person.
 
Here's what you'll be doing:
Headhunting candidates for UK and international vacanciesUnderstanding detailed client briefs and identifying what a strong candidate looks likeResearching competitors and mapping relevant talent marketsUsing LinkedIn, databases, CRM and sourcing technology to identify candidatesApproaching passive candidates through telephone, LinkedIn and emailMaking high volumes of outbound candidate callsScreening candidates across experience, salary, notice period and motivationsSelling opportunities and generating interest from passive candidatesProducing targeted candidate shortlists for clientsPreparing candidates for interviews and managing them throughout the recruitment processBuilding long-term relationships with high-quality candidatesMaintaining accurate candidate and activity records within our CRMWorking towards clear interview and placement targets 
Here are the skills you'll need:
Previous recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, executive search or headhunting experienceStrong experience proactively finding candidates rather than relying on applicationsExcellent LinkedIn searching and online research skillsConfidence approaching and engaging passive candidatesExcellent spoken and written EnglishStrong telephone skills and confidence making high volumes of outbound callsAbility to understand detailed job briefs and identify strong candidatesConfidence screening and qualifying candidatesStrong organisation and follow-up skillsExperience using CRM or applicant tracking systemsTarget-driven, persistent and comfortable working independentlyInternational recruitment experience across the UK, US, Australia or similar markets would be advantageous 
Work Permissions
You must have the right to work in the Philippines. This is an offshore remote position and does not offer UK visa sponsorship.
 
Working Hours And Remote Requirements
You'll work UK hours: 09:00 to 18:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 to 17:00 Friday, meaning afternoon and evening working hours in the Philippines.
 
You'll need a quiet home workspace, professional headset, reliable webcam, at least 16 GB RAM and internet speeds of at least 60 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
