Job Title: Operations Manager – Luxury Hospitality Venue

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Tronc

Location: London

My client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of a prestigious luxury hospitality venue in London. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for restaurant operations, events, people, compliance and commercial performance, ensuring the venue consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences while maximising revenue and operational efficiency.

 

What You’ll Do

Lead the day-to-day operation, ensuring consistently high standards of service, hospitality and guest experienceProvide clear leadership to the restaurant and kitchen management teams, developing a high-performing and engaged teamOversee restaurant, private dining and event operations, ensuring each experience is delivered to an exceptional standardTake full ownership of the restaurant P&L, budgets, forecasting and financial performanceMonitor revenue, labour costs, purchasing and expenditure to maximise efficiency and profitabilityIdentify and develop opportunities to grow the events and commercial side of the businessManage suppliers and key commercial relationships, ensuring strong service and valueEnsure full compliance across licensing, Health & Safety, food safety, employment legislation and company policiesMonitor operational and financial performance, using data and insight to identify opportunities for improvementRecruit, coach and develop the management team, creating a culture of excellence and accountability

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a senior restaurant, hospitality or food & beverage management roleStrong financial and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and P&L accountsExcellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teamsExperience managing premium hospitality, events or private dining operationsStrong understanding of Health & Safety, food safety, licensing and complianceAbility to analyse operational and financial data and use this to drive performanceExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCommercially minded, highly organised and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitalityA proactive and adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced, premium hospitality environment
