We’re partnered with a premier sports and entertainment venue near Fort Lauderdale looking for an experienced Director of Suites to lead their premium hospitality operation.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing the full suites department, from service and staffing to guest experience, revenue, and event execution. You’ll be leading a high-volume operation where luxury hospitality, attention to detail, and flawless execution are critical.

What You’ll Be Doing

Oversee the full suites team, including managers and frontline staffLead staffing, recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance managementPartner with culinary, beverage, and event teams to create exceptional guest experiencesBuild strong relationships with suite holders, corporate clients, and key stakeholdersDrive revenue, guest satisfaction, and overall suite performanceManage budgets, forecasting, labor, and operational KPIsLead event execution across major sporting events, concerts, and special eventsEnsure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and venue regulations

What We’re Looking For

Proven progressive food & beverage or hospitality management experienceMUST have premium/luxury hospitality experienceExperience within a stadium, arena, large-scale event venue, hotel, or similar environmentStrong understanding of high-end guest experience and serviceExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue managementComfortable managing large-scale, high-volume eventsStrong client-facing and communication skillsKnowledge of food safety, alcohol regulations, and complianceComfortable working evenings, weekends, holidays, and event schedules
