As General Manager, you'll be the heart of the hotel — leading daily operations, driving revenue and guest satisfaction, and building a culture where both guests and team members love to be.

Key responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent brand standardsDrive revenue strategy: pricing, occupancy, channel mix, and cost control to meet or exceed budgetRecruit, train, coach, and retain a high-performing team; manage scheduling, performance, and developmentOwn guest relations — resolve escalations personally, monitor reviews, and act on feedbackEnsure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and labour regulationsOversee budgets, forecasting, payroll, and vendor contractsMaintain the property's condition, coordinating repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenanceRepresent the hotel in the local community and with owners/partners

Key requirements:

5+ years of progressive hotel leadership, including 3+ years as a General Manager, Assistant GM, or Director of OperationsProven P&L ownershipStrong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, etc.) and OTAsExceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsFluent in Dutch and English;An energetic, hands-on leader with a commercial background — or a genuine networker who can plug into the local community and build partnerships that fill roomsAvailability for flexible hours, including weekends and on-call emergencies
