We’re partnered with a leading contract foodservice operator looking for a General Manager to lead a high-volume airport operation in Washington, DC.

This is a fast-paced environment with significant daily foot traffic, requiring a strong operator who can lead a team, maintain service standards, and keep the operation running smoothly during peak periods.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead day-to-day operations of a high-volume airport foodservice operationManage, coach, and develop the onsite teamDrive exceptional service and guest experience in a fast-paced environmentManage high volumes of guests and transactions while maintaining standardsOversee labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and financial performanceEnsure food safety, sanitation, and compliance standards are consistently metRecruit, train, and retain a strong teamMaintain consistent operational and brand standards

What We’re Looking For

Proven General Manager or senior foodservice leadership experienceContract foodservice experience strongly preferredExperience in high-volume environments with significant foot trafficStrong understanding of labor, financials, and operational KPIsStrong food safety and compliance knowledgeMust be able to obtain and maintain the required airport security clearance
