An exciting opportunity for an experienced Resort General Manager to lead the operations of a hospitality resort in Bulgaria. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the resort, including hospitality operations, food & beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and property management.

This role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys building teams, managing suppliers, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a family-focused resort environment.

The Role

Lead the overall operation of the resort and its hospitality facilities.Oversee restaurants, bars, spa, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services.Manage supplier relationships, operational budgets, and service standards.Support the management of residential units and property management agreements.Recruit, train, and develop the leadership team ahead of the new season.Ensure a smooth, high-quality operation during peak occupancy periods.

About You

5+ years' experience as a General Manager, Resort Manager, or Hotel Manager.Previous experience managing a resort or large hospitality complex.Strong operational background across F&B, housekeeping, and guest services.Confident leading teams, managing suppliers, and driving performance.Experience with property management or mixed-use hospitality developments is an advantage.Fluent Bulgarian and English are essential.
